Napoleon Perdis ships orders internationally. Each order can only be delivered to one address. If you require orders to be sent to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order per address. Please ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to check out. Napoleon Perdis takes no responsibility for delivering to incorrect addresses supplied by customers.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Dependent on your shipping address, delivery may take up to 10 (ten) working days.
Napoleon Perdis offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for:
Orders over $30(USD) and delivered within the United States of America with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii
Orders over $50(AUD) and delivered within Australia
No promotional code is required. Free shipping will be automatically deducted at checkout.
For international orders and orders under the free shipping qualifier, shipping charges are calculated within the shopping cart. Once you have added a product to your shopping cart and selected your destination country, the shipping total will be displayed on the order summary page.
Orders delivered to an address outside Australia will be charged the USD RRP and postage. Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics Inc is required by law to collect local sales tax on orders where applicable. Sales tax is determined by the customer's ship-to address.

United States of America (excluding Hawaii and Alaska): $7.50(USD)
All other international deliveries (including Hawaii and Alaska): shipping cost will be displayed upon checkout
Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your order reaches your country. Napoleon Perdis does not collect duties and taxes. If you incur these additional charges, they must be rendered prior to your order clearing customs. You will be contacted by the freight forwarder prior to delivery. Orders delivered to the United States of America and Australia are not subject to duties.
To avoid delays in receiving your order, we recommend that you have the item delivered to an address where someone will be available to sign for it. All orders require a signature upon delivery. We recommend you use an address where the delivery can be made between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

To add samples to your order, simply write your request in the "Order Comments" field at the point of checkout.
Napoleon Perdis does not guarantee that samples will be sent due to limited stock availability. Napoleon Perdis may in its own discretion choose to offer samples of this product. There is a limit of three (3) samples per customer order.
